At Express Fish, we are producers of whole dressed crab and scallops. Supplied Fresh daily as we have our own fishing vessel. The picture above contains approximately 400 grams of crab meat. We haven't seen anybody offer a meal the same as this. It is a meal probably for two people. We can supply Restaurants direct with this no need for your Chef to pick crab meat, we do it all for you. All you do is just serve it up with some Salad and Crusty Bread.
